Rental Opportunities
The Music Academy's gardens and facilities are available for rental when the Academy is NOT presenting its eight-week Summer School and Festival, which takes place from mid-June through mid-August each year. Acceptable rental purposes include fundraising, musical performances, auditions and rehearsals, and seminars and meetings.

- Lehmann Hall: 170 (lecture or concert seating)
- Stewart Hall: 70 (seating for lectures, concerts, dining)
- Hahn Hall: 300 (lecture or concert seating)
- Weinman Hall: 85 (lecture or concert seating)
Restrictions on attendance and event times may apply. For pricing and information about restrictions, please contact Leslie Kelleher. The Music Academy requires evidence of personal liability insurance with limits of no less than $1 million.
Gardens
Amplification is prohibited outdoors on the Academy grounds. The rental agreement details sound parameters.
Fees
The Music Academy requires a nonrefundable deposit at the time the rental agreement is signed. The fee balance and a security/damage deposit are due three weeks prior to the event. Please contact the director of operations for more information.
