When is the ticket office open?

Main Ticket Office Hours:
Noon to 4 pm, Monday through Friday

Hahn Hall Ticket Office
Opens one hour before each Hahn Hall event

Door Sales at Off-campus Events
We commence ticketing one hour prior to the performance.

Do you offer discounts?

Seniors (age 65 and older) and students with ID qualify for $11 tickets to instrumental masterclasses (not including solo piano) and $16 tickets to the Vocal Masterclass Series.

Groups of 20 or more are invited to take advantage of special rates for many events. Please phone 805.969.8787.

Discounted masterclass passes be used for any instrumental masterclass for which there is general admission. Instrumental masterclass passes cannot be used to gain admission to solo piano and vocal masterclasses.

What if I can't use my tickets?

If you are unable to attend a performance, we encourage you to make a tax-deductible contribution to the Music Academy by returning your tickets at least 24 hours before the event. We will provide written confirmation of your gift. Please contact the return hotline at 805.565.5400. No refunds or exchanges.

What are handling and facility fees?

Handling Fee

  • Purchase of Packaged Series: A flat $8 handling fee is charged to subscribers for the processing of series orders.
  • Purchase of Single Tickets: A $1.50 fee per ticket is charged when purchases are made by phone and fax. The maximum handling fee for non-series purchases is $6.
  • No handling fee is charged for non-series purchases made in person.

Facility Fees

  • For events presented at the Music Academy, a $1 Miraflores facility fee is included in the published price of tickets $20 or less. (These fees support responsible caretaking of our treasured campus.)
  • A $2 Miraflores facility fee is included in the published price of tickets $21 or more.
  • A $3 facility fee is added to every ticket purchased for events at The Granada.

Can I purchase subscription series online?

We do not currently offer subscription series online. Please call 805.969.8787 and our patron services team will be happy to assist you.

When can I buy tickets online?

Academy online ticket sales will cease the day of a given event at:

  • 10 am in the case of afternoon events at the Music Academy
  • Noon in the case of afternoon events at the Granada Theatre
  • 2 pm in the case of evening events at the Granada Theatre
  • 4 pm in the case of evening events at Hahn Hall

Academy online ticket sales will cease the day prior to a given event at:
3 pm in the case of Saturday morning events at the Music Academy

A convenience fee of $5 will be added to each online transaction total, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.

Where else can I buy tickets for Granada events?

You can also purchase tickets to Festival events presented at the Granada Theatre:

What about patrons in wheelchairs?

We request that you notify the ticket office if you or any member of your party will attend a ticketed Hahn Hall event in a wheelchair.

Can I bring a pet or food?

Neither is permitted in Music Academy performance venues.

Do I pay to park at the Music Academy?

No, it's free.
