Rayna Davis currently works as the Community Access Manager for the Music Academy of the West. In this role, she is responsible for Ticket Office operations, front of house management, and venue rentals.

Driven by a passion to create meaningful connections between artist and audience, Ms. Davis has spent her professional life in the performing arts. Prior to joining the Music Academy, Rayna Davis served as the Director of Audience Development at the New World Symphony, America’s Orchestral Academy, in Miami Beach, Florida, which included leading multiple research projects around non-traditional concert formats and audience experience. Most recently, Ms. Davis was part of the marketing team with The Cleveland Orchestra, managing the advertising budget in excess of $1.2 million.

Ms. Davis graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and a minor in French horn performance. As a native of Seattle, Ms. Davis has a deep appreciation for Copper River salmon and anything involving a kayak. She is thrilled to be part of the Music Academy of the West.
