Sarah Stretz has been with the Music Academy since early 2016. Ms. Stretz oversees the Music Academy's Foundation, Benefits, and Corporate relationships. Sarah Stretz successfully oversaw the complete rebranding of the Academy's Opening Night Gala in 2016, honoring the esteemed Marilyn Horne and the renovation of our Main House. Prior to her time at the Music Academy, Ms. Stretz was Business Development Director at the American Heart Association, where she oversaw the Central Coast’s Go Red for Women Campaign as well as the Heart Ball. While at the American Heart Association, Ms. Stretz achieved record-setting fundraising benchmarks. Sarah Stretz brings with her over a decade of experience in the television industry where she worked for national networks A&E, The History Channel, and the Weather Channel in advertising sales. Ms. Stretz also worked at leading television stations in the Southwest overseeing local, regional, and national advertising accounts.
