CHELSEA SHARPE 24, raised in Atlanta, Georgia, completed her master's degree in 2017 at the USC Thornton School of Music, where she studied with Glenn Dicterow. Ms. Sharpe completed her undergraduate degree at Shepherd School of Music at Rice University and has spent her summers studying at Sarasota Music Festival, Heifetz International Music Institute, Kneisel Hall Chamber Music Festival, and most recently, abroad in the Mediterranean as a violinist for the Lincoln Center Stage Program. Ms. Sharpe has performed in masterclasses for Joseph Silverstein, Ani Kavafian, James Buswell, Midori Goto, and James Ehnes. In the fall, Ms. Sharpe will be relocating to Miami as part of her participation as a violin fellow in the New World Symphony.
