JEREMY HIRSCH 26, born in Los Angeles, California, has “proved a compelling actor and singer” (Los Angeles Times) in Hanns Eisler's The Hollywood Songbook, sung with the American Symphony Orchestra, the Albany Symphony, the Toronto Summer Music Festival, the Fire Island Opera Festival, Songfest, the Washington DC Embassy Series, and Opera on Tap (NYC), among other companies. Mr. Hirsch has created multiple leading operatic roles including the title role in Felix Jarrar’s The Fall of the House of Usher, Harlan Hubbard in Shawn Jaeger’s Payne Hollow, and John in Daniel Felsenfeld’s The Inner Circle. In 2017, with American Opera Projects and NYU’s Tisch School, Mr. Hirsch will create leading roles in two one-act operas.    Jeremy Hirsch lives in New York City and studies with baritone Sanford Sylvan.
