WILLIAM RONNING 26, born in Detroit, Michigan, is a recent Performer’s Diploma graduate of Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, where he studied orchestral performance with and served as assistant instructor to Jorja Fleezanis. Mr. Ronning performs frequently with the Charleston Symphony Orchestra, Lexington Philharmonic, and most recently was guest concertmaster with the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra. In 2016, Mr. Ronning completed an internship with the Deutsche Oper in Berlin, performing Bellini’s Norma and Wagner’s Lohengrin. Mr. Ronning has spent his past summers at the Aspen Music Festival, Bellingham Festival of Music, Brevard Music Center, and the American Institute for Musical Studies in Graz.
