YERI ROH 23, born in Seoul, South Korea, is a recipient of prizes from the Strad Concours, Journal of Music, and Korea-Germany Brahms Association Competitions, all held in Korea, as well as the American Protégé International Piano & String Competition. In 2016, Ms. Roh was invited to participate in Leonidas Kavakos’ International Violin and Chamber Music Masterclass in Athens, Greece. Ms. Roh has appeared as soloist in Carnegie Hall’s Weill Hall as a competition winner, and in the Baruch Performing Arts Center, presented as Young Guest Artist by the New York Piano Society. Ms. Roh has performed as an orchestra member in Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall and David Geffen Hall. Ms. Roh has participated in summer festivals including Academia Internacional de Musica de Solsona in Spain, Asago International Music Festival in Japan, Heifetz International Music Institute in Virginia, and Singapore Violin Festival. Ms. Roh has shared the stage with musicians Mark Kaplan, Robert Vernon, Ralph Kirshbaum, and Oliver Kern, and has collaborated with Sylvia Rosenberg, Rachel Podger, Pamela Frank, Toby Appel, Shmuel Ashkenasi, and Victor Danchenko. Yeri Roh is currently completing her bachelor's degree at The Juilliard School, studying with Hyo Kang.
