RECITAL TICKETING FAQS
SANTA BARBARA RECITALS
DUE TO THE MUDSLIDE EVACUATIONS THE MUSIC ACADEMY CAMPUS IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, AND THE PHONE SYSTEM IS CURRENTLY OFFLINE. IF YOU HAVE A TICKETING QUESTION, PLEASE REACH OUR TICKETING TEAM BY EMAIL AT TICKETOFFICE@MUSICACADEMY.ORG.
Individual tickets, $10 each, are available for purchase online or over the phone. Tickets will also be sold starting one hour prior to each event at the Hahn Hall Ticket Office. The Carsey Ticket Office will not be open for in-person purchases. Credit cards only. Checks or cash will not be accepted. Orders by mail will not be accepted. Individual tickets may be picked up at will-call or emailed for print-at-home. Tickets will not be mailed.
7-17S FREE TICKETS
An unlimited number of free-admission for youth ages 7-17 (when accompanied by a ticketed adult) are available. These tickets can be purchased online, over the phone, or in person at the Hahn Hall Ticket Office one hour prior to each event.
WHAT IF I CAN'T USE MY TICKET?
If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to make a tax-deductible contribution to the Music Academy by returning your tickets at least 24 hours before the event. We will provide written confirmation of your gift. Please contact the return hotline at 805-565-5400. No refunds or exchanges.
NEW YORK AND BEVERLY HILLS RECITALS
Individual free admission tickets are available online only on the Music Academy website. Tickets will be emailed for print-at-home, which can be printed out or shown on your mobile device for admission to the event. Tickets will not be mailed. Subject to availability.
