VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The VP and CFO will serve as a thought partner to the President and CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership. He/she will work closely with administration and outside resources to increase efficiencies, optimize institutional technology and databases, implement best practices, produce financial models and projections for the Academy’s expanding program offerings, and generally ensure that the financial health of the organization remains strong.

ADVANCEMENT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

The Advancement Operations Coordinator (AOC) works closely with all members of the Advancement team to coordinate fundraising and donor cultivation programs. The AOC will manage projects from conception to completion and support all donor event activities, help prepare donor solicitations, oversee the development of advancement collateral, and serve as the primary liaison with the Music Academy’s Women’s Auxiliary volunteer group.
