SUMMER HOUSING DIRECTOR

The Housing Director collaborates with the Resident Directors in managing the Academy’s residence life program and residential campus under the direction of the Student Services department. The director encourages a positive and supportive environment at the  campus through supervising housing facilities, managing the transportation schedule, serving as primary liaison between the campus Conference Services department and the Music Academy administration, holding fellows accountable to policies as outlined in the Academy Handbook, and responding to campus emergencies. This is a summer “live-in” position.

The Resident Directors are members of the Academy’s residence life team.  In collaboration with the Housing Director, they manage the Academy’s residential life program. Resident Directors serve as the Academy’s primary contact for the residential campus at which the Academy houses fellows (students) and select summer administration, and encourage a positive and supportive campus environment through supervision of housing facilities, holding fellows accountable to policies, engaging fellows in social events, offering referrals to support services, and responding to emergencies. STAGE CREW
