In these final scenes of the classic fairytale opera, the gingerbread children, sung virtually by the Sing! Chorus, begin transforming into humans again as Hansel and Gretel release the once-lost children from the witch’s magic. The opera ends as Hansel and Gretel are reunited with their parents.
